Return and Replacement Policy
All products sold by School Printing are made-to-order and personalized.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or customer-provided spelling/design errors.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a printing mistake made by us, we will replace the item free of charge. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation and must include photos of both the packaging and the item.
Refunds
Personalized and custom printed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Approved issues are resolved by sending a replacement item rather than requiring the original item to be returned.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and approved the design preview, spelling, and product details before checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional postage to be reshipped.
